About me

I am Oanèse, a Registered Associate Nutritionist and French registered Dietitian.

I obtained an MSc in Human Nutrition and Public Health from London Metropolitan University. Before that, I studied Dietetics and Nutrition in France, gaining essential knowledge in clinical dietetics.

I have been passionate about food since a child and wrote restaurant critics on a personal blog and for a French website for over a decade. I support a sustainable, affordable and pleasurable approach to food and eating.

Before retraining, I held finance positions in multinational companies in England, France and Italy. I specialised in the implementation of new systems and processes, gaining excellent knowledge of the corporate environment and workplace well-being issues. I developed leadership skills and an outstanding critical and analytical mind.
